Rocky Ross
Rocky Lynn Ross served in the United States Marine Corps and was later in the business of roof construction. Rocky lost his battle with cancer after a long, stringent, three year fight. Rocky is survived by his wife Vicky Ross; daughters Christine Michelle Ross (Donald Morris) and Amy Sue Bontz (Chad Miller); seven grandchildren: Aubri, Amber, Chelsea, Tabitha, Jessi, Nate, and Trinity; two great grandchildren Kinley Mary-Jo and Daniel Lynn Buck; sisters Betsy Klingenberg and Donna Chandler; brothers Delbert and Doug Ross; as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, in-laws, and wonderful friends. Services Set For Cynthia Dickey, 20, Slain in Germany
Recitation of rosary will be held Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Draucker Funeral Chapel for Cynthia Vasa Dickey, 20, who was slain while serving on guard duty at
a woman’s barracks at Ft. Pioneer in Germany on April 20. Mass of the Christian Burial
will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Luke’s Catholic Church with Father Cletus Semper celebrant. Burial with full military honors will follow at the Ogallala Cemetery.

Bruce E. Volpe November 3, 1953 - November 27, 2010 Bruce Edward Volpe, 57, passed away peacefully on Nov. 27, 2010. Bruce was born to Alfred E. and Gladys (Schultze) Volpe on Nov. 3, 1953. He lived in Manchester, NY, until Nov., 1970. He attended Red Jacket Central High School there until his junior year. In Nov., 1970, the family relocated to Loveland, CO, when Bruce’s father was transferred to Kodak in Windsor, CO. Bruce attended Loveland High for the rest of his junior and senior years, graduating in 1972. He played football at both of his high schools. After graduating, he worked at Valley Block. Mary Chappell
A beautiful soul has passed from this earth and it is left to us, the living, to honor a life of hard work and hardship. Saying goodbye to a sister and friend is never easy, but we have come to that new road in the passing of Mary. Mary was born to Ed and Virginia Chappell in Broken Bow, Nebraska; the third of six children. She moved often with her family and lived in numerous states before her family settled in Lincoln, Nebraska. Eventually, the family moved to Loveland, Colorado where Mary lived for the rest of her life. After high school, Mary worked in a nursing home while attending secretarial school.
