7:45 AM - Registration/Check-In Open

8:30 AM - Opening Ceremony and Remarks

Parking:

 

There is limited designated and street parking at Spotts Park. Please consider Ride Share options.

 

Additional Parking: 

 

For people commuting longer distances, there is additional parking 2.4 miles from event at Mt. Horeb MBC, 118 W Gray St., Houston, TX 77019. You can park there and Uber or rideshare to Spotts Park. Uber is around $7 each way.

How long is the walk? Approximately 2.5 km

 

What about my T-shirt?  Shirts can be purchased/picked up at our designated tent at the time of the event.

 

Where is my sponsor tent located? Separate communication will be sent to sponsors and a specific location provided the day before the event(Friday, November 10th).

 

Where do I meet my team? Please contact your Team Captain.

 

What if I have cash donations or checks to turn in? Consider taking your cash donations and then using your own card or check to make one transaction as opposed to many, or if you must, take your cash donations and checks to the Registration/Check-in area where and HPD officer will be stationed at all times.

 

If you know of anyone planning to walk and is not yet registered, please encourage them to pre-register and to make any donations online instead of registering at the in-person at the Registration/Check-in area.
