What to Expect Regarding Registration:

Upon successful registration via the form below, we will email you an invoice to pay from, unless you have mailed in the registration form (with payment) found on our Mayfield Football website, https://trojansfootball.org/.

Please email your media-ready digital logo to kass.sammons@gmail.com if you are a sponsor or a Corporate team.

SUBMITTING REGISTRATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
If you just submit the registration form provided below, your registration will be confirmed once payment is received.

Payment can be made via VENMO: @mhstrojanfootball, PAYPAL: @GG12thManClub, Square (fees apply), credit card on this website (fees apply), Cash or Check. Contact Amy at 575-202-4064 with questions about any of these payment methods. She can text you links and QR codes to our Venmo and PayPal accounts, and coordinate payments made via square.
