Following its successful debut in September 2023, which drew a full house, MelaninCON '2024 is set to return for a unique 4-Day Summit, promising to be even more grand and impressive! Our ambition is to establish ourselves as the “Nexus of Millennial and Gen-Z” Black Excellence and the premier national summit for African American entrepreneurs under 34 years of age. This aspiration is driven by six key pillars: Culture, Community, Commitment, Commerce, Luxury, and Empowerment. It’s a gathering of some of the most brilliant minds of our time.

The 2023 attendees hailed from the DMV area and across the nation, with representation from 24 states, including Hawaii and Alaska.
