Senzwa Ntshepe’s work lies at the nexus of social impact and innovation; generating creative solutions to create opportunities for professionals of color. He currently serves as the CEO of “The Connect” the city-based ecosystem builder for professionals of color. The purpose of The Connect is to attract retain and develop young black and brown talent in Philadelphia by connecting professionals to the best the city has to offer while improving the quality of the social and professional ecosystem of Philadelphia. Senzwa has expanded The Connect to an audience that serves 20K+ professionals between the ages of 22-45 providing networking and employment opportunities, upskilling and development using AI innovative solutions, and research and policy recommendations to make Philadelphia a more attractive city for employers and talent of color.

Sean Williams, father of three and founder of The Dad Gang, has spent nearly a decade advocating for Black fatherhood, challenging stereotypes, and fostering positive representations of Black men. His global network of over 500,000 Black fathers celebrates and empowers father-child connections through events, workshops, and panels. Sean is also the author of two award-winning children's books, Girl Dad and Boy Dad, and founder of Random Acts of Dadness, a nonprofit supporting Black fathers. His advocacy has earned recognition from organizations like CNN, Essence, Walmart, and the NAACP, as well as honors such as a U.S. Congressional Achievement Award and New York City proclamations.

Nicholas I. Wiggins is one of the most talented, respected, and admired creatives in America today.
The New Jersey native is managing director at Values Partnerships, the country’s largest 100% Black owned social impact agency. He is also founder and principal of NIW Design, offering client-centered services to advance profiles and brands through highly efficient and effective event management, strategic visioning, and image consulting.
Nicholas remains civically engaged and makes a difference in several ways. He is a co-founder of the 4 The Culture Brunch, a space where creators, entrepreneurs, and influencers network and connect around Black culture. He serves as a Vice Chair of the NAACP Image Awards Committee, a volunteer body that helps ensure the show’s success. He is also serves as a member of the NAACP Foundation Board of Trustees and as Immediate Past Chairman of the National Coalition of Black Meeting Professionals.
Ebonie Riley
Ebonie C. Riley serves as Senior Vice President of Policy and Strategic Partnerships at the National Action Network (NAN), making history as the organization's highest-ranking woman. Previously, as the youngest Policy Director of any legacy civil rights organization, she led NAN's Washington, DC Bureau in advocating for federal policies that address socioeconomic disparities in marginalized communities.
