Robert H. "Buddy" Tignor Jr., 48, formerly of Newport News, died of natural causes on Saturday, Sept. 14, at home in Randallstown, Md.
He is survived by his children, Robert J. Tignor and Shelby L. Tignor of Columbia, Md.; his sister, Judith F. Belcher of Milford, Va.; and his brother, Marvin A. Tignor of Severna Park, Md.
