Wayne Hamilton Blanks, 60, passed away suddenly on July 9th, 2015. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents Arlene and Walter Blanks. Wayne is survived by his wife, the love of his life, Audrey Blanks. Wayne lived life a devoted Christian man with special love for those with substance abuse disorders. Clean and sober over 22 years, he sat as a chairman of the Board of Richmond Behavior Health Authority, a founding board member of the McShin foundation, a board member of Foursquare Life Church, Co-Founder of Richmond After Care II, and a die hard Wahoo fan.
