Mr. John H. Dibble Jr. of 1122 Thisdell Lane, died Saturday at his home. He was born in Newport News and was employed by Newport News Shipbuilding. He graduated from Ferguson High School in 1973, served in the Armed Forces and attended Peninsula Business College.

Survived by his wife, Mrs. Claudette Lockett Dibble; a daughter, Ms. Simone Dibble of Newport News; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John H. Dibble, Sr., of Newport News; and three sister, Mrs. Ruth E. Fields and Mrs. Thelma M. Kirby of Newport News, and Mrs. Paula A. Deanes of Virginia Beach.
