Michael Roman Czarnecki "Mike", 66, slipped into that long good night on May 2, 2021, after a short battle with cancer. He will be missed by all he touched.

Michael was an Electrical Engineer graduate of Old Dominion University. After graduation he worked for Wyle Laboratories in various capacities. He then moved to Jacobs Technology, working at the National Transonic Facility at NASA Langley. Michael enjoyed many hobbies including traveling, fishing, and NASCAR at Richmond International Raceway.

Michael is survived by his wife Kathleen; sister Anna Verinsky; nephew Jason Reed; and numerous second and third cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kazimierz and Julia Czarnecki.
