James C. Harvey Jr., 44, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, May 4, 1999. A native of Newport News, he was formerly employed by the Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Co., Dept. 054. He was employed by Harvey Builders at the time of his death. He is survived by his wife, Felicia K. Harvey; son, James C. Harvey III; parents, James and Marian Harvey Sr. of Newport News; a sister, Joye H. Nagle of New Jersey; a brother, Sylvester Harvey of Maryland; grandmother, Emma Murden of Elizabeth City, N.C.; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
