Teresa Marie VanDover, 34, died Wednesday, Aug. 16, in her home. A native of Fort Lee, N.J., Ms. VanDover was a Peninsula resident for 20 years and was a graduate of Christopher Newport College. She was employed as an advertising writer by Best Products Inc., Richmond, and Survivors include her husband, Willard S. DeLara; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Abram VanDover of Newport News; paternal grandmother, Hilda Ricker of Deerfield, N.H.; maternal grandmother, Elsie Al binson of Newport News; three sisters, Deborah VanDover of Hampton, Tina V. Junkins of Yorktown and Ida Devine of Newport news, and a brother, Abram V. VanDover of Highland Springs.
