David Lee White, 34, brother of James White II of Newport News, died Thursday, Dec. 15, in Richmond Memorial Hospital. He was a native of Frankfurt; West Germany. ' ; White was a graduate of Denbigh High School and attended Ferrum College. He was a mental health specialist at Bryan Psychiatric Center. Other survivors include his wife, Christine Bellin White, one daughter, one stepson; father; paternal grandmother; maternal grandmother; and two sisters.
