Pamela J. Howell NEWPORT NEWS Pamela Jean Howell, 37, a lifelong Peninsula resident, died Wednesday, Aug. 19. She was a data processor formerly employed with the New Hampton Corp. Survived by her husband, Charles P. Howell; a daughter, Carly J. Howell of Newport News; a son, Kyle P. Howell of Newport News; her mother, Nancy Melton of Newport News; and a sister, Susan Sterling of Virginia Beach.
