Mark Robin Kelsey died on April 17, 2006 in Kula, Maui, Hawaii at the age of 51. He was born in Stillwater, OK on March 22, 1955. He is survived by his Mother, Janice Kelsey, one brother, Chester Kelsey, and one sister, Michele Meyers.
