Orlando Lockhart, 48, a resident of Newport News, departed this life on Jan. 1, 2004. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rose Lockhart. He is survived by his father, John Lockhart Sr.; two daughters; two sisters; three brothers; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
