Allen Eugene Bane, 19, 212 Cynthia Drive, Hampton, died Tuesday, March 3 1975, as a result of a traffic accident. He was a native of Marion and a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Newport News. He was employed by Urban Builders.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Susan Jones Bane; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred B. Bane of Newport News; eight sisters, Mrs. Bobby C. Karnes of Waynesboro, Mrs. Lorraine Whitley, Mrs. Charles Brannan, Miss Esther Bane, Miss Ruth Bane and Miss Kim Bane, all of Newport News, Miss Hope Bane and Miss Vicki Bane of Hopewell; four brothers, Nathan Bane, Mark, and David Bane of Newport News and Daniel Bane of Waynesboro.

Allen was a passionate, beautiful, and hard working man. He was one of the youngest plumbers licensed in his area. I miss him all the time even all of these years later. He defended me, ( his sister, Sonia ) and stood up for what was right for others even if it cost him dearly. Sadly missed forever! I will see him again one day.
