Waiver:  In consideration of the acceptance of my registration and entry, I, for myself, my executers, administrators and assignees, do release, discharge and hold harmless the Walk, board members, Pathway to Peace The Patricia & Jessica Lutz Foundation as well as their officials, volunteers, members and sponsors, from any and all claims, damages, demands or causes of action whatsoever in any manner directly or indirectly arising our of or related to my participation in said event. I understand the risks for such a run/walk and have adequately trained in preparation for this event. I permit without compensation the use my name and picture participating in this event for purposes of promoting Pathway to Peace. I agree to abide by all the rules of participation and acknowledge that the run/walk committee may refuse or return any entry at its discretion.
