Precinct Delegate Training - learn how to become a Precinct Delegate and what Precinct Delegates do.

There will be notaries available to sign your affidavit.  You can drop by and drop you affidavit off or fill one out that night.  You do not need to take the class.  

Notaries will take your form to the clerk.   If you live outside of Wayne County the notaries can sign your affidavit, but you will have to take it the clerk yourself.
