We are hoping to create an PHS ALUMNI DIRECTORY for our class that will survive past our reunion, so please use the form (below) to provide a current profile, even if you don't plan to attend the reunion.  

The only required information on the profile form is your name and email address.  However, your fellow alumni are interested in knowing who you are now relative to who you were in 1975 (major highlights), and what you look like; so please attach a then and now photo with your profile.  You can update your profile whenever you'd like, so take your time. 

Your email address will not be published.  However, Classmates will be able to Message you (optional) by selecting your photo record from the list of confirmed reunion attendees.  

If you provide your current address, your "general" location will be shown on the Where are They Now  map (optional).
