After a 21 month battle with cancer, Kevin Lee Eiynck, 64, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 6, 2021 surrounded by his loving family in his home in Shoreview, Minnesota. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Barb; his four children, Alana (Shawn), Lauren, Brandon (Hilary) and Erin (Nick); his 7 grandchildren, Alexis, Makenzie (Michael), Milo, Gabriel, Maddox, Kasper and Cayden; 2 great-grandchildren, Aiden and Able; his siblings, Dennis (Brigid), Diane (John) and Kay (Pat); and his beloved dog Montana. He is preceded in death by his parents, Audrey and Jerome; his sister-in-law, Brigid; and brother-in-law, Pat. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, June 12th, at 6pm at Flaherty's Arden Bowl, where Kevin worked as the Kitchen Manager for over 20 years.
