56th Shelby Family Reunion
Washington, DC – June 26-29, 2025
We’re excited for you to join us for the 56th Shelby Family Reunion in the heart of our nation’s capital, Washington, DC, from June 26 to 29, 2025! This four-day event will bring Shelby family members from near and far to reconnect, renew, and rebuild as we celebrate our heritage, and create lasting memories.
The reunion will feature a variety of activities, family bonding, and opportunities to explore the rich history of Washington, DC. From a welcoming reception to a lively family banquet, we will celebrate the Shelby family’s legacy and the generations that have shaped who we are today and made our family so special. There will also be group outings to iconic landmarks, group tours of the African American History Museum and The People’s House, a family picnic with fun games, and plenty of time to explore the surrounding DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas and catch up with loved ones.
This reunion has something for everyone—young and old alike! Whether you’re looking for fun activities, a chance to relax, or an opportunity to create lasting memories with family, there will be plenty to enjoy. We’ve planned a variety of experiences to make sure everyone has a great time!
