The sooner you submit your payment, the better it is for the planning committee. Early payments will help us make timely arrangements for events, activities, food, and other essential services. Your prompt payment allows us to plan more accurately, ensuring we provide a memorable experience for everyone.

Payment Plan
Payment Schedule:
We understand that paying upfront might not always be possible, so we are offering flexibility in payments. Feel free to make your payments in multiple installments, but all payments must be completed by the May 30, 2025 deadline.
Registration for ages 21 and older: $200 each
Registration for ages 12-20: $125 each
Registration for ages 4 -11: $50 each
Registration for ages 3 and under: Free
