Refund Policy and Transfer Policy:
Refunds are not allowed for any reason. However, you may transfer your registration, if you are unable to attend, to another individual before the deadline of February 25, 2025. Please notify us as soon as possible by using the Contact the Organizer button below to complete the transfer. We realize that changes may happen that would prevent you from attending. Please understand that this is a popular event, and we can easily transfer your registration to another individual. We are happy to assist you! 

Additionally if you cannot attend, please do not cancel your hotel booking until you speak with one of our event organizers. Others would gladly accept your hotel booking. Thank you for working with us!

Wristbands:
Wristbands are required for entry for the four-day event. There will be a replacement cost for lost wristbands.

Our host hotel will be the DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco South Airport Blvd adjacent to the South San Francisco Conference Center.
