Walk for Hope Waiver

WALK for HOPE FALL FESTIVAL 2025 Waiver
 
In consideration of my application being accepted, I accept any risks of participation in the WALK for HOPE FALL FESTIVAL 2025 and agree to hold harmless the Lazarus House Ministries, the City of Lawrence, all sponsors, all officers, directors, and members of said organizations, their respective employees, agents, and any other individuals who are in any way associated with this event, including volunteers. I understand that if the Walk for Hope is cancelled because of any circumstances beyond the control of the race committee and sponsors including but not limited to hazardous weather conditions or government ban, my entry fee will not be returned.
 
In consideration of you accepting this entry, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound and hereby waive or release any and all right and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against Lazarus House Ministries, onecause.com, and all of their agents assisting with the event, sponsors and their representatives and employees for any and all injuries to me or my personal property. This release includes all injuries and/or damages suffered by me before, during or after the event. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees.

By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above waiver.
