Mrs. Stokes celebrated her 96th Birthday on 12th of December 2023. Mrs. Stokes was born on a rural farm in Yazoo County to Gary and Annie Bradfield; and grew up in Vaughn, Mississippi with her three brothers and six sisters. Mrs. Stokes is the grand daughter of Saul William (S.W.) and Eliza Bradfield and the great-grand daughter of George and Ollie Bradfield. The Video Interview was conducted and produced by Mrs. Stokes' Grandson: Jelani Stokes.
