4 sticks margarine
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups all-purpsose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla flavor
1/2 tsp almond extract
Cream softened butter until creamy.
Mix in the sugar, adding the sour cream.
Add vanilla and almond flavor.
Sift dry ingredients and set aside.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly and alternating with dry ingredients.
Pour in generously greased bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Cool in pan and invert onto cake plate.
Serve with berries, whipped cream or a scoop or 2 of ICE CREAM!
