Friday:

 

Set up Crew (10 People)

10am-3pm

Set up tables, move furniture, accept deliveries

 

Saturday:

 

Set up crew (10 People)

8am-1pm

Clean Pathways, set up bar, set up tables, decorate

 

Registration and Silent Auction Close Out (FULL)

3:30pm-9:30pm

Welcome guests! Sign in pre-paid guests, accept payments, sell tickets to walk up guests, sell wine pull tickets, check out silent auction purchases. 

 

Bartender (1 person)

3:30pm-9:30pm

Check IDs for guests (event is 18+), pour wine/beer/cocktails, previous bartending experience encouraged.

 

Silent Auction (2 people)

3:30pm-9:30pm

Answer questions about auction, package items at the end of evening.

 

Photographer (2 people)

3:30pm-9:30pm

Take pictures of guests thoughout the evening. Requires use of personal camera. 

 

Floaters (2 people)

3:30pm-9:30pm

Clean up/take-out garbage as needed, restock bathrooms as needed.

 

Wine Pull and Marketplace (FULL)

3:30pm-9:30pm

Tag the bags as they are purchased, hand out bags at the end of evening.

 

Charcuterie Table (FULL)

3:30pm-9:30pm

Restock table as needed, help with clean up.

 

Shuttle Driver (FULL)

3:30pm-9:30pm

Drive 15 passenger Van to transport guests to/from parking lot and venue.
