Nestled in the heart of the Santa Monica Mountains, Golden Heart Ranch provides a range of adapted activities that cater to diverse abilities, fostering social connections and personal growth. Ranchers participate in a variety of activities including animal care, fitness, volunteering, community outings, cooking, arts & crafts, and life skill programs.
Evening Social Club
Evening Social Club activities are an opportunity for Ranchers to connect socially with their peers in various settings and experiences.
Seasonal Camps
Our seasonal camps place an emphasis on fun by offering a vibrant and supportive atmosphere where Ranchers swim in the GHR pool, explore the greater Los Angeles area, and participate in lots of adventures!
Camp Coyote Ridge
Our overnight camp is a unique and inclusive experience tailored for individuals with disabilities, offering a supportive and enriching environment. The overnight aspect adds an extra layer of excitement, allowing participants to forge lasting friendships, and the opportunity to practice daily living skills outside their own home.

Supper Club
Supper Club gathers Ranchers together in the community to explore new menus at various restaurants and enjoy the company of good friends.
Cooking Club
During our cooking classes we focus on following different levels of recipes from appetizers, side dishes, main dishes and dessert getting support from staff as needed. Along with following recipes we learn different cooking techniques, cooking vocabulary, and safety in the kitchen while making amazing dishes with friends and peers. We then set up our dinner table, family style to practice eating, socializing and dining appropriately with peers.
