The three of us spent the summer of 1970 camping and hiking in the Western U.S. We covered a lot of ground. Under the stars, we’d discuss high school experiences, even reminisce about junior high days. Mark was good-natured, easy-going - always up for the next adventure. He was generous. Rest in peace, Mark.
tribute by Chris D'Arezzo and Bill VeazieMark White and I were Westport newbies who met at a Long Lots bus stop at the start of seventh grade. From there we had many good adventures and shared a close circle of friends. Marcos Blanco's, as he was known to some, was the best of buddies who departed this world too soon, but not before he left the memory of his big smile and good nature.
