Brian died peacefully in his sleep at the age of 60 on June 27, 2017.

He was born the fourth of eight children on September 11, 1956, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. After several family moves, Brian grew up in Denver, Colorado. He loved school sports, especially wrestling. Brian’s name is on the Wall of Fame for wrestling in Arapahoe High School in Centennial. He graduated from Colorado State University and began a successful career as a landman in the oil & gas industry. Brian loved camping, hunting, and fishing in his leisure time.

Leslie Ann Peterson Schwarze died peacefully and surrounded by her family on April 8, 2019, following a courageous seven-month battle with cancer.

Born January 24, 1956, in Phoenix, AZ, the family moved to Littleton, CO when Leslie was six. She graduated from Arapahoe High School, then Stevens College, Leslie embarked on a successful career in fashion design, working initially in Los Angeles and then New York, commuting from Fairfield, CT.

Former former University of Wyoming (UW) head wrestling coach Steven Suder passed away suddenly at age 62 on May 22, 2019, in Laramie, Wyoming. At the time of his death, Steve was an academic advising professional for UW’s Advising Career and Exploratory Studies.

Steve wrestled for the UW Cowboys from 1975-1979 and earned All-America honors as a senior in 1979. He returned to UW to lead the Wyoming wrestling program as head coach from 1989-2008. He was inducted into UW’s Intercollegiate Athletics Hall of Fame—the highest honor bestowed by UW Athletics—in August 2018.

James L. Truitt, born June 11, 1956, passed away February 7, 2017, after a 10-year battle with brain cancer. Jim's sense of humor and his ability to laugh at himself supported him faithfully throughout his battle. Treatment was never easy nor did it ever abate; he endured one form of treatment or another for nearly the duration of his illness.

Born in Tampa, Florida, Jim was raised in Atlanta, Georgia and Denver. He moved to Seattle in 1983, joining E.F. Hutton where he began a long career in finance. Due to his illness, Jim retired from Bernstein in early 2009 spending time enjoying his favorite people and pastimes - family, friends, music, pipe collecting, and golf!
