Frank R. Bokausek age 73 of Mentor on the Lake, passed away May 4, 2016 at home surrounded by his family. He was born July 8, 1942 in Cleveland. Frank was a teacher at St. Joseph High School and VASJ for over 40 years and was an avid bowler and bowling coach.
Frank is the beloved husband of Marion (nee Moro); dear father of Michael (Colleen); grandfather of Erin and Johnathan; son of the late Frank and Helen; brother of Marlene Kuczmarski (husband Don deceased).
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday May 10 at 11 AM at St. John Vianney Church, 7575 Bellflower Rd. in Mentor.
