Damon Allen Memorial
By: Lori Frost
*Shot and Killed In The Line of Duty* Rest In Peace State Patrol Trooper Damon Allen Texas Department Of Public Safety Highway Patrol End Of Watch: November 23, 2017 (2nd True Blue murdered today) Patrol Trooper Damon Allen, 41, was shot and killed during a traffic stop(details within).  Born with a soul that has Courage to wear the Badge, Trooper Allen had been Saving, Serving, and Protecting the People as a Law Enforcement Officer for 15 years, sworn with the Texas DPS in 2002. Courageous and Compassionate, Fearless and Fair, this Brave and Benevolent Son, Husband, Father, and Brother of Blue simply wanted to make a difference in his small corner of the world. May we take a part of Brother Damon's legacy with us when we enter our daily arenas as we continue to create our own. May we vow to continue with the same Honor, Integrity, and Bravery as this True Blue served.  May we always remember how State Patrol Trooper Damon Allen Lived As Only A Hero Could. May we never forget how his life was taken so coldly and callously while keeping the public safe ... *Just preliminary, we will update as details are released: On Thanksgiving afternoon, Thursday, November 23, 2017, 1545hours(local), Trooper Allen stopped a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu for a traffic violation on SB I-45 in Freestone County south of Fairfield. It appears Trooper Allen approached the vehicle and made contact with the driver.   Trooper Allen returned to his patrol unit and the suspect fired multiple shots from a rifle at the Trooper. The suspect fled and a manhunt ensued. At approximately 2015hours, the suspect vehicle was spotted in Waller County. Additional shots were fired and the suspect was taken into custody, treated for dog bites. No additional Warriors injured. Job well done by all local, state, and federal agencies who were out there. We thank you all. Sadly, and with very heavy hearts, State Patrol Trooper Damon Allen succumbed to gunshot wounds on scene. DPS Director adds: ""Trooper Allen's dedication to duty, and his bravery and selfless sacrifice on this Thanksgiving Day, will never be forgotten." Damon leaves behind his beloved bride, three children, and families.  Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to the entire extended Allen families, the Men and Women of the Texas DPS, to all first-responders who came running to assist, and to all whom have had the pleasure and the privilege of knowing and working along side this True Blue Hero.  Our Brother, as you now patrol the Highways of Heaven may you continue your vigilant watch over us all as we carry on In Our Brother's Honor. We thank you for your service and for your sacrifices. We thank you for your life. Job Well Done Sir Rest In Peace State Patrol Trooper Damon Allen ... We Have The Watch From Here. SALUTE! In Honor of John Robles OLA Church
By: Michelle Robles Diss
As we honor and remember the life of John Robles, many of us know he had a heart for God’s people in Chiapas, Mexico. During his 60+ years in ministry, John built over 95 churches in different Spanish speaking countries. This is why the family has asked that in leiu of flowers, any offerings donated in honor of John be invested towards helping build one last church in Chiapas, Mexico. John was always a pillar of strength, support and discipline in the community and with his family. He was always there for his loved ones through good times and bad. John made all the difference in his children’s lives. We’ll always remember his special smile, caring heart and warm embrace. We’ll cherish the memories and lasting impact John's life had on all of us. We rejoice with heaven today because we know John is looking down on us with all his love. As his time on Earth has come to an end, we can hear his whisper in our ear to continue to carry on the heart of missions.

By: MHRTA Fundraising
On February 18 and 19, 2017, MHRTA will host the 1st Annual Bill Johnson Memorial Ski Race. The event, to be held at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl, has the support of Bill’s family and is an officially sanctioned USSA race and fundraising opportunity for Mt. Hood Race Team & Academy. In celebrating the memory of Bill and the legacy he left to Mt. Hood and US Skiing, we are honored to host this annual event. We hope you will join us for this special weekend and ask for your support in the form of a donation to the newly formed Bill Johnson Memorial Fund.   For over 50 years, we have celebrated a legacy of great ski racing on Mt. Hood. We are especially proud of the growth and expansion of the program during the 2016-2017 season. Hood Academy Updating the Mt. Hood Academy Ski Haus We love the enery that the program is spreading from our "Learn to Race" kids all the way to our elite U19's and a record year of snow has only added to the momentum. In all, over 80 racers are on the mountain each weekend continuing the tradtion of great ski racing and the love of skiing on Mt. Hood. As MHRTA alumni and friends, you understand the expense of making a program great, elevating the program to the next level and giving our kids the support they need to grow their passion and meet the goals they are dreaming of. Who knows?... the next Gold Medalist from Mt. Hood could be in our program right now. Your donation to the Bill Johnson Memorial Fund will directly support the MHRTA program in a variety of ways including coaches education, timing equipment, safety nets, gates, drills, radios, conditioning equipment, and upgrades to the Academy Haus. What Our Clients Say

H2OpenDoors

We are launching our inaugural event to raise funds for water purification systems to be placed in third world villages. I needed a website built on top of a platform well suited for ticket sales and donations. After reviewing several SaaS providers, I chose MyEvent.com. Rob is a pleasure to work with and has a team that is responsive and inventive. I'll be using MyEvent for the many years to come.
