Amanda, was the baby of the family, and spent her first year on the acreage near Asquith, SK. When her family moved into Saskatoon, she grew up to become the tomboy on the block. Lyle was born in Lucky Lake, SK and grew up on a farm outside of Demaine, SK. Lyle was a carpenter his whole life and worked 40 years for the City of Saskatoon Public School Board in the maintenance department.
